Video: Bears Roam Monrovia Neighborhood in Daylight

Two decent-sized bears were seen gallivanting in a residential area around noon Thursday. Have you seen any bears or wildlife lately?

Bears tend to come out at night or as it gets darker, but two bears were seen comfortably roaming in a Monrovia neighborhood around noon Thursday.

Patch reader Kelly Campbell captured the good-sized bears crossing the street in the 500 block of North Alta Vista and sent Patch her video.

One of the bears sniffed around a garbage can in front of a home for a bit before following its furry friend, who eventually disappeared from sight.
