Found Dog: Do You Know the Owner of this Lost Monrovia Beagle?
A local resident is searching for the owner of this dog found near Scenic Drive and Primrose Avenue.
A 7 or 8-year-old female beagle has been found after she burrowed under the gate of a local resident who lives near Scenic Drive and Primrose Avenue.
The dog has not been reported missing and does not have a microchip, according to resident Kathryn Reece-McNeill.
"I'm sure she family must be worried and I would love to reunite them," Reece-McNeill wrote in an email.
