The restaurant iD Cha House, which serves teas, boba and traditional Taiwanese fare, opened in Monrovia late last year.
The Monrovia cafe, situated at 931 W. Duarte in the Hong Kong Supermarket shopping center, is the second iD Cha House to open in the San Gabriel Valley. The first is located on Valley Boulevard in San Gabriel.
