The South African flag is on display at Monrovia City Hall.
Ralph Walker, a television producer and host at KGEM-TV, brought the flag to the city's attention after Nelson Mandela died.
The city agreed to put the flag on display at City Hall, with plans to move it to the Monrovia Public Library at the end of the month.
