Photos: See What Old Town's New Condo Complex Will Look Like

The city debuted plans for an 18-unit condominium complex at 138 East Olive that will be built adjacent to the Paragon development.

The new complex replaces the old SAK building that was demolished and replaced with a parking lot. Monrovia's development blog reports that construction could begin soon on the new condos.

"With final approvals under their belt, they are moving full speed ahead into the construction phase and are in the final stages of the plan check process," the blog states. "We expect them to break ground soon."
