Proposed Starbucks And Chick-Fil-A On Council Agenda
If approved by the Monrovia City Council, the restaurant and coffee shop would be located at the Huntington Oaks Shopping Center.

MONROVIA, CA — A drive-thru Starbucks and Chick-fil-A may soon come to Monrovia if the projects get approval from the City Council during its Tuesday meeting.
The restaurant and coffee shop plan to build adjoining locations at the Huntington Oaks Shopping Center near Huntington Drive and Encino Avenue, according to a City Council agenda report.
The development would include building a 4,562 square foot restaurant for Chick-fil-A while Starbucks would take up 2,200 square feet. If approved, both businesses would include an outdoor dining space, a repaved parking lot and "pedestrian linkages between each of the businesses," according to the report.
