Monrovia To Offer Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides On Valentine's Day

MONROVIA, CA — What better way to treat your sweetheart on Valentine's Day than with a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride in Old Town Monrovia?

Reservations are open for horse-drawn carriage rides on Valentine's Day in Old Town Monrovia, The City of Monrovia and the Monrovia Old Town Advisory Board announced Thursday.

For one night only on Feb. 14, horse-drawn carriage rides will be available from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Monrovia Library Park. The rides are $10 per person and $40 per carriage. Each carriage holds up to four people.

To make a reservation, call (626) 256-8234. Tickets for the carriage rides may also be purchased at the check-in table located in Library Park. Subject to availability, and in case of inclement weather, the event may be cancelled, the City news release said.
