West Roster Announced for Hall of Fame All-Star Game
San Gabriel Valley schools well represented on All-Star Squad.

The rosters for June 24's Hall of Fame All-Star game at West Covina High School were announced by the Pasadena Star-News on Monday, and players from schools in the San Gabriel Valley Patch cluster are well represented.
Coaching the West is Monrovia head coach Ryan Maddox, who led the Wildcats to 12-2 record last year and their first CIF-Southern Section title in school history. Teaming up with Maddox from Monrovia is quarterback Nick Bueno, who totaled a combined 37 touchdowns through the air and on the ground last year in earning CIF Mid-Valley Division Offensive Player of the Year honors. Monrovia wide out Jay Henderson, offensive lineman Dean Bisterfeldt and defensive back Derrin Jenkins are also on the squad.
Monrovia's four players were the most out of any school represented on the West team.
