Angela Cartwright, Sound Of Music, Lost In Space, Shops Montrose

You know her. Many of you grew up with her. She was in your homes on prime time TV. On the big screen at the movie theater. And here she is today enjoying life in Montrose with her family. We are talking about ANGELA CARTWRIGHT who played Brigitta in the original SOUND OF MUSIC, Penny in LOST IN SPACE, Linda in THE DANNY THOMAS SHOW, and more.

Today was "Grandma's Day", a time when Angela (center), her daughter-in-law and her mother, their grandson, and friends go someplace to enjoy. Today it was the MONTROSE SHOPPING PARK, a "Mayberry" "Mitford" like village with close to two hundred "mom and pop" boutiques, salons, studios and cafes.

The group enjoyed lunch at THE BLACK COW CAFE and then did some shopping. Businessman and entrepreneur RUSSELL WATERS popped into MOUNTAIN ROSE GIFTS while Angela and party were there. He lives in the oldest house in Montrose and has been there since the day he was born! He enjoyed talking with her about the many shows he has seen her in as well as her current work today.
