Artisan Staged Homes Announces Company Name Change to The Home Artisan
Home staging company expands scope of business
GLENDALE, CA September 17, 2016 – Artisan Staged Homes – an award-winning home staging and home redesign company – announced today that it is changing its company name to The Home Artisan. The name change reflects the company's expanded services and its anticipation of future additional assistance to homeowners and realtors.
“When I started the company I was only providing real estate home staging”, explained Betsy Ferguson, owner. “Over the last 10 years the company has expanded to include redesign services, staging to stay services, consultations, and classes. I wanted to reflect the broader offerings and pave the way for future expansion.”
Home staging is the process of turning your home into a product that will appeal to the greatest number of buyers. It is an important marketing tool that helps ensure your home will sell quickly and for top dollar. Home staging is more than simply making a house look pretty or well decorated. It involves specific techniques to neutralize the home, highlight the architectural features, and portray a lifestyle that buyers want to have. Home staging can include de-cluttering, painting, changing key fixtures, enhancing curb appeal, moving furniture, adding furniture and decorating. Since only a small number of houses on the market are professionally staged, home staging will help make sure a home stands out from the competition.
Redesign or “Staging to Stay” helps homeowners find economical ways to update their homes without a full remodel. These consultations include things like paint color suggestions, furniture placement and accessory recommendations.
