Hometown Country Fair is Saturday

The event helps raise scholarship money for local students.

Hundreds are expected to flock to CV Park on Saturday for the eighth annual Hometown Country Fair.

The event features carnival rides for kids, a classic car show, live music and entertainment, a silent auction, arts and crafts and even a dog parade. Get your fill to eat at the Grilled Cheese Truck or one of the many food booths available.

"We've got it all," said Julia Rabago, executive director of the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber of Commerce and Montrose Travel will co-sponsor the fair, which also helps raise money for a worthy cause.
