Honolulu Wood & Things Offers Collectible Nostalgia In Montrose

Montrose gift shopping has been bringing a smile for decades at Honolulu Wood & Things

The window display at HONOLULU WOOD & THINGS makes you feel like you have been transported to a boardwalk gift shop on the east coast. You can almost smell the ocean air, popcorn and fresh salt water taffy! Sea captains, sailboats, pelicans and lighthouses all carved in wood beckon you in.

Upon entering is like stepping back in time... to the way retail used to be...and thankfully still is in Montrose. Like Montrose Bowl, Faye's, Grayson's Tune Town, Andersen's Pets, Tom's Toys, Once Upon A Time Bookstore and El Charro, Honolulu Wood & Things is a Montrose classic. They have stood the test of time. They show us that the types of shopping and dining done then are even more appreciated now.

Happy lanterns and a wall of unique children's gifts call for closer examination. What child wouldn't love a carved helicopter, race car or bank?
