La Crescenta Baskin-Robbins Celebrating Grand Reopening Saturday

Baskin-Robbins, the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty shops, and Togo’s Eateries Inc., a “West Coast Original” since 1971, have announced the Grand Re-Opening of their newest combination location in La Crescenta, located at 2611 Foothill Blvd. To celebrate, Baskin-Robbins local franchisee Jeff Cohen and Togo’s will host a community-wide celebration on Saturday, December 14 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Franchisee Jeff Cohen will show his commitment to the community by partnering with the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station and donating $250 to the organization.

As a long-time fan of the brand, Cohen is excited to re-open the ice cream specialty shop in La Crescenta and share the Baskin-Robbins experience with the local community. His shop offers world-class ice cream flavors, including favorites like Pralines ‘n Cream, Jamoca® Almond Fudge and the Flavor of the Month, Peppermint Bark in the Dark. Other Baskin-Robbins specialties include sherbets, frozen yogurts, custom ice cream cakes, frozen beverages and ice cream sundaes.

The special community-wide Grand Re-Opening celebration will be held on Saturday, December 14 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. This festive event will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony at1:00 p.m. with local VIPs, including the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station Captain, Bill Song, and will also provide guests with a look at the re-modeled shop. During the party, guests will enjoy face painting, balloon twisting, live entertainment, fun giveaways and great deals courtesy of Baskin-Robbins and franchisee Jeff Cohen. To thank community members for their support, Cohen will be presenting the Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s Station with a check donation for their work in the La Crescenta community.

At the shop, guests can try Baskin-Robbins’ December Flavor of the Month, Peppermint Bark in the Dark, a flavor combining crunchy peppermint bark and creamy chocolate ice cream wrapped together with a peppermint candy and white-chocolate flavored ribbon. Through December, guests can also order one of Baskin-Robbins’ festive holiday desserts, including the holly jolly Snowman ice cream cake and Candy Lane Cottage ice cream cake.
