The La Crescenta Woman's Club Receives A Well Deserved Check
The Montrose Shopping Park Association gives a check of thanks to the La Crescenta Woman's Club for their help in co-sponsoring Wine Walk
If you are a woman who is interested in making new friends, getting involved in fun activities, and making a positive difference in your community, the LA CRESCENTA WOMAN'S CLUB is for you! Located on a tree lined, neighborhood street, you will feel right at home with this volunteer group of local women who are dedicated to serving the community.
As soon as you enter the door the seasonal decor says "relax" and "welcome"!
There is even a living room setting to help everyone feel at home.

On this day, at the December 11th Business Luncheon, the meeting began with a special visitor. DALE DAWSON, who handles Business & Event Services for the MONTROSE SHOPPING PARK ASSOCIATION, came to present a $3813.75 check and big thanks to all of the wonderful ladies.

The LCWC has been a most helpful co-sponsor for the MSPA WINE WALK. In exchange for all they do in helping to prepare for and volunteer at the event, the MSPA donates a percentage of ticket sales to say thank you. As it turns out, this year's MONTROSE HOLIDAY WINE WALK was a huge success that sold out. A win-win for all, from happy wine walkers, to boutique owners, to non-profits like LCWC.
The La Crescenta Woman's Club has an amazing calendar of events and activities that benefit others. Right now they are doing CHIPS FOR KIDS, collecting toys and gift cards for the CHP outreach.
This Saturday, December 14 is the 28th ANNUAL BREAKFAST WITH SANTA. Held for the benefit of children in the community, this event provides them with the opportunity to talk to and have their picture taken with Santa, receive a special gift, and partake in holiday crafts. The local Fire Dept. will make a special appearance. Breakfast is served until 10 am with festive holiday music provided by local students from Crescenta Valley High School Charismatics.
