A visit from the Police Chief, two 75th birthdays, and a past board member returns at the MSPA July Board Meeting.


The MSPA was honored to be visited by Glendale Police Chief CARL POVILAITIS and staff at the July board meeting.

Glendale’s finest help make Montrose the safe, family friendly place it is. Plans are in the works for “Coffee with the Chief”.

Everyone was happy to see JOSELITO’S owner COREY GRIJALVA as the board voted to receive him as their 6th board member. Corey brings his past board expertise to the table.

There was also a birthday surprise. STEVE PIERCE (left) and KEN GRAYSON are both celebrating 75th birthdays! Steve diligently serves the MSPA as Communication Administrator, Filming Liaison, and Marketplace Manager.
Ken owns GRAYSON’S TUNE TOWN and has worked in Montrose for 65 years!!! He is the MSPA Board Treasurer and chairs the Harvest Market Committee.
