Live From The Las Vegas Gift Show

Every January thousands of boutique owners, manufacturers, and designers from around the world converge in Las Vegas for a GIFT SHOW that is not to be missed. It takes place at a complex of permanent show rooms just a few miles from the strip called THE WORLD MARKET CENTER. There are three high rise buildings loaded with showrooms, some so large you could get lost n them. This year MOUNTAIN ROSE GIFTS and LA PERLA HOME, both Montrose Shopping Park businesses attended the show.

Each building has over 20 floors and there are very strict requirements to be able to enter. No one gets in without a badge and no one gets a badge without the proper credentials.

Once inside buyers find thousands of lines including seasonal home decor, gifts, jewelry, furniture, and more. There are lots of seminars and special events such as this book signing by author Adam Reed.

Shopping is an all day affair for boutique owners. When your energy takes a dip it’s nice to find treats like this to keep you going. Some showrooms even have their own complimentary cafes!

After a long day walking the floors and placing orders, buyers can hop on a well appointed shuttle bus and enjoy the sights on the way back to their hotel.

After dinner out on the town and a good night’s sleep, it’s back on the shuttle for another round of “shop ‘til you drop” fun! The excitement continues as your purchases arrive at your store throughout the year! Some may even beat you home! There’s nothing like the Las Vegas Gift Show!
