Montrose Celebrates Small Business Saturday With A Prize Wheel
Spin the wheel and get a prize when you shop the small businesses of the Montrose Shopping Park this Small Business Saturday.

This Saturday, November 30, marks the 10th anniversary of SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY! The merchants of the Montrose Shopping Park will be showing their appreciation to those that come out and SHOP and DINE with a chance a to spin the prize wheel.
AMERICAN EXPRESS created Small Business Saturday in 2010 to encourage people to "Shop Small" and bring more holiday shopping to small businesses. The SHOP SMALL MOVEMENT is all about supporting small businesses all year long.
According to their website, "Every time you pick up a coffee at your local café, grab lunch at the mom-and-pop shop, or buy a new bag from a local store, you're making an impact in your community. In fact, for every dollar spent at a small business in the U.S., approximately 67 cents stays in the local community."

This year the Montrose merchants have donated lots of prizes! Customers are encouraged to do their holiday shopping and dining Saturday and take their receipts from Montrose Shopping Park businesses, dated Nov. 30, to the prize booth, located at Honolulu & Ocean View. $50 in receipts gets one spin and $100 gets two, the maximum per person.
Saturday, November 30 is also the start of OLD TOWN CHRISTMAS which takes place every Saturday and Sunday from 11 p.m. to 3 p.m through December 22, with Santa Claus, free horse drawn trolley and pony rides (11-2), and live Christmas music! For more info. see www.shopmontrose.com
