Tribe To Table Celebrates It's First Store With A Ribbon Cutting

Tribe To Table, specializing in Native American goods, gets ready to cut the ribbon on their first store here in the Montrose Shopping Park.

A spacious, contemporary dwelling in the heart of Montrose is the home for TRIBE TO TABLE. This is the prototype for a new chain that brings handmade and harvested goods from over 60 Native American tribes to our tables. Opening late last year has given them time to fine tune things and now they are ready for the world. Here in Montrose that means a recent mixer hosted by the Montrose Chamber (MVCCC) and an upcoming GRAND OPENING and ribbon cutting.

The chamber mixer was a fun event that gave those in attendance a chance to meet the Tribe founders and management team, enjoy food and beverage showcasing products they sell, and shop.

Pictured here are a few of the team including from left ANDREA BARRON, Director of Sales, LORRY AMIEVA, Vice President, MANUEL RAMIREZ, President, his brother CHRISTIAN RAMIREZ, founder and CEO, and Christian's wife AUDRIANNA CAMBRIS.

Local business owners, Montrose Shopping Park leaders, and publishers braved the frigid temperatures and pouring down rain to be here. It was well worth it and a jolly time was had by all. What is more fun then spending an evening with friends in a brand new store!

Calling all FOODIES & CHEFS! Tribe to table has unique pantry and freezer ingredients you won't find anywhere else! At the mixer we got to sample many of their offerings including this amazing corn bread made from NATIVE AMERICAN BLUE CORNMEAL. It's non GMO certified and comes from the farms of the Ute Mountain Tribe. Healthy, colorful, and delicious!

The plant based wild rice has an amazing flavor and chew appeal. You can just tell you are eating the good stuff! When made with homemade stock the flavor is out of this prairie!

And this! I almost hate to write about it because then the secret is out. WILD CAUGHT SMOKED PEPPERED SALMON people!!! It's caught by a tribe in Washington State and sold vacuum sealed in the freezer case. Just defrost and it's ready to eat. So fresh, healthy, and delicious all by itself. Have it for lunch, have it for dinner, and make it the star of your appetizer tray when you have company. A new adventure for those following the ever popular Keto diet.

There is so much to discover in our newest store from baked goods, bath and body, seafood, hemp based pain relievers, woven pillows, and much more!
