The Moorpark Active Adult Center will host a presentation by the Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurses on degenerative arthritis of the knees next week.
Dr. Brian Bashner, an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in modern advanced treatments of arthritic knees, will discuss conservative treatments, indicators for knee replacement, avoiding complications and new options in total/partial knee replacement. A question and answer session will follow.
The talk takes place at 1 p.m. June 11 at the Active Adult Center, 799 Moorpark Ave.
