Conejo Valley YMCA Hosts Free Annual Healthy Kids Day
Healthy Kids Day will feature activities for the entire family.
On Saturday, April 27, the Conejo Valley YMCA is holding a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active at its annual YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day, the Y’s national initiative to improve health and well-being for kids and families.
Healthy Kids Day will feature activities for the entire family such as a petting zoo, swimming, arts and crafts and ways to encourage healthy physical and eating habits.
More than 1.2 million participants celebrate Healthy Kids Day at over 1,500 Ys across the country. Its goal is to get kids moving and learning during the summer and throughout the year.

The Conejo Valley YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day takes place at the Y (4031 N Moorpark Rd., Thousand Oaks) from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Families can swim in the Y's indoor swimming pool beginning at 10:00 a.m. Lifeguards will be on duty.
