Here's a handful of things to keep in mind for today.

    Today, Moorpark's least expensive gas can be found at Union 76 stations for $4.05 per gallon, according to GasBuddy.com. Find it at the station at 550 W. Los Angeles Ave. at Leta Yancy Road and at 13800 Princeton Ave. at Spring Road.

    Thursdays are bingo days at the Moorpark Active Adult Center. American Legion Post 502 members host weekly games at 1 p.m. The center is located next to City Hall at 799 Moorpark Ave.

    The free Summer Film Fest continues at Muvico today with a 10 a.m. screening of Clifford's Really Big Movie. The theater is at 166 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.

    If you're looking for something to do outdoors, why not spend some time down on the farm? Underwood Family Farm is open daily to visitors and it's only $3 per person on week days ($6 on weekends). In addition to getting to see farm animals, there's a whole list of fruits and veggies that's ready for harvesting by YOU. Check the pick-your-own-produce calendar to see what's ready now. The farm is at 3370 Sunset Valley Road.

    If you'd rather see animals of a more exotic nature, you can visit America's Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College on the weekends. The zoo's hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays and admission is $8 for adults and $6 for children and seniors. Kids 2 and younger are admitted for free. The zoo on the college campus at 7075 Campus Road.
