Horseback Riding Session to Begin Soon

Its not too late to take advantage of some summer fun offered by the Arroyo Vista Recreation Center. One of the programs beginning Monday is a horseback riding camp session that covers everything from how to halter, lead, brush, tie and mount the horse to actually riding it.

The riding camp runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday and each session runs for five days. Cost is $300. The camp takes place at Peck Farm, 8295 Happy Camp Road.

Other Arroyo Vista programs yet to start include a Cookin' Kids class, a R.I.P.P.E.D. Fitness program, Zumba, Fun-Gineering for kids, Jedi Master Engineering with Lego, Dance Camp, Speak Up Camp, Young Authors and Illustrators Camp and more.
