Bob Dylan, at 79, launched yet another original album, “Rough and Rowdy,” which includes the participation of some other amazing musicians including Fiona Apple. Critics have said that this is Dylan's most astonishing album yet, definitely not cut from any “same-old, same-old” cloth, but full of inventive lyrics with universal appeal.

Dylan’s musical career is far too complex to sum up in this brief note. Starting with an album of folk songs back in 1962, Dylan has never stopped creating phenomenal original work, as reflected in the Nobel Prize in Literature he received in 2016. And there’s more. Did you know that Dylan had an exhibit in London called “Mood Swings,” which featured 7 wrought-iron gates he created? Imagine that.
