The City of Moorpark’s offices will be closed Monday, January 18, 2021 to observe Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Although City Hall is currently closed to the public with all services being provided via phone and email, there will be no one answering phones or emails or monitoring the virtual counter on Monday, January 18th.
