The class schedule is: spin cycling, 8:00 a.m., total body conditioning, 8:30, cardio, 9:00 a.m., Zumba, 9:30 a.m., Pilates, 10:00 a.m., spin cycling, 10:30, core conditioning, 11:00 a.m. and line dancing at 11:30 a.m. The classes are designed for all fitness levels. No pre-event signups are required and the workouts are free.
