Simi YMCA Fall Basketball League Begins September 19

The Simi Valley Family YMCA is accepting registrations for its eight-week Fall Basketball League. The practices and league games are from September 19 through Wednesday, November 14.

Practices are on Wednesday evenings and games are on Sundays at Simi Valley Adventist School (1636 Sinaloa Rd., Simi Valley). The co-ed league is for boys and girls ages 5 through 13.

Each child is placed on a team in one of three age divisions: ages 5 through 7, 8 through 10 and 11 through 13. The league is instructional and competitive but the focus is on having fun.

The cost is $110 per player for YMCA members and $120 for YMCA program members. Participants each receive a full uniform and an end-of-season celebration and trophy.
