Caffino Coffee Drive-Through Evicted in Napa

An eviction notice from the Napa County Sheriff's Office is posted at the drive-through coffee kiosk in Bel Aire Plaza, which closed without warning last week. The phone numbers for other area Caffinos are no longer in service.

It appears that the Caffino coffee chain of drive-through coffee stands may be in trouble: Its longtime Napa kiosk, in Bel Aire Plaza, is empty and bears an eviction notice from Napa County Sheriff John Robertson assigning all remaining property to the landlord.

The phone number for the drive-through rings without an answer, while the numbers for Caffino kiosks in American Canyon and Davis have been disconnected or are no longer in service, according to recorded messages.

The corporate website for the Caffino chain, which at its peak had more than two dozen coffee bars — most of them franchises — "expired on 09/09/2012 and is pending renewal or deletion," according to Network Solutions.
