Homes In Newark Selling For Over Asking Price
There have already been seven homes sold in Newark this month.
NEWARK, CA — Just 10 days into October, Newark has already recorded seven home sales. Six of the seven homes closed at a price higher than the listed offering. Only the home on Larkspur Street sold under the list price. Still, according to realtor.com, the home was 10 percent higher in price than comparable homes in the area.
The home on Zulmida Avenue sold for a whopping $50,000 over asking price.
