Injured small white dog on Market Ave near Cherry St

Did anyone lose their toy poodle or bichon frise sized white dog in the vicinity of Market Ave or Central at Cherry St? He was limping, I think his right rear leg or foot could be injured. An Animal Services truck was cruising around, perhaps looking for him. I couldn't get close enough to see if he had a collar or tag under his rained on curly coat.
