Man Robbed at Gunpoint on Sycamore Street

The three suspects fled in a black Lexus.

 

A man was robbed at gunpoint on Sycamore Street near Carter Avenue Monday evening, police said.

The incident occurred around 6 p.m. when the victim pulled his car over to check on a mechanical issue in his car. That’s when three men accosted him, one of whom brandished a silver handgun and demanded cash.

The suspects took the money and fled in a black Lexus sedan with gold trims and emblems.

The armed suspect was described as  a Hispanic male about 25 years old, about 5-foot-11 and 200 pounds with slicked back hair. He was wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.

A second suspect was described as a black male about 30 years old, about 6-foot-1 and 260 pounds with a fade-style haircut and a goatee. He was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

The last suspect was a black male about 25 years old with gold bottom teeth and wearing a black hoodie.
