Palo Alto Medical Foundation Reopens Flu Vaccine Clinics
Doctors say they have the vaccine for the flu that's claimed more than a dozen lives this season.
Palo Alto Medical Foundation announced Wednesday that it is reopening its walk-in flu vaccine clinics, which are located throughout the Bay Area.
The flu strain that is circulating is covered by this vaccine, according to a PAMF spokesperson. It is the same H1N1 that caused the 2009 flu pandemic.
The locations of the clinics are:
• Fremont Center: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Palo Alto Center: Monday – Friday, 1 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Mountain View Center: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Santa Cruz (Main Clinic, Scotts Valley, Watsonville locations only): Sat., 1/18, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• Burlingame Center: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Dublin Center: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
