Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Held For New Homes

NEWARK, CA — A ribbon cutting ceremony was held in Newark for three model homes at Landsea Homes’ new Skylark at Sanctuary Village. City officials attended the event on July 27.

The community will include 108 single-family homes priced from $1.5 million. You get a lot of home for the price — 5 bedrooms in each of the floor plans ranging between 3,179 and 3,535 square feet.

The homes are located at 39514 South Darner Drive in Newark.
