BAY AREA, CA – If you wish to toast St. Patrick’s Day with something besides green beer this year, this creamy cocktail will fill the bill and is guaranteed to get you into the Irish spirit.
Enjoy this simple "Irish Egg Cream," featuring Baileys Original Irish Cream mixed with chocolate milk and seltzer water with whipped cream and green doughnut holes and celebrate the luck of the Irish in style!

Ingredients:

- 1 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 1 1/2 oz Chocolate Milk
- 1 1/2 oz Seltzer Water
- Whipped Cream and Green Mini Doughnut for Garnish
Preparation:
- Combine Baileys Original and chocolate milk in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
- Pour seltzer water into the bottom of a glass.
- Strain contents from shaker on top of seltzer.
- Garnish with whipped cream and doughnut.
