NewPark Mall Hosts Mother's Day Special

NewPark Mall will offer a Mother's Day special throughout the month of May in which shoppers could earn gift cards to the mall's Coach store. Mall goers who spend more than $300 will qualify for a $50 Coach gift card. The promotion goes through May 31. For more information, click here.

Earth Day Poster Contest

The Newark Library's Teen Advisory Committee will get ready to choose winners for its Earth Day Poster Contest. The contest is open through April 30 in which youth between the ages of 12 and 18 are invited to promote ecology through a poster. Zumba for Boston

Newark's Studio Z will hold a fundraiser for the victims of the tragic Boston Marathon bombings. The zumba studio will hold a 90-minute Zumba session for $10 starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 4.
