Tickets Available Now For Saturday's Newark Oktoberfest
Authentic German food, beer,music and more are in store for visitors.
NEWARK, CA — Are you ready for bratwurst, schnitzel, sauerkraut, apple strudel, pretzels and more? You'll have the opportunity to wash it down with five German drafts and five German bottled beers at this Saturday's Oktoberfest.
Fun and games include Beer Pong, Brat Toss and Beer Stein Hoisting. Dust off the lederhosen and you could win Best Authentic Bavarian Mr. or Miss Contest.
OomPah music will be provided by The Continentals. Do a Bavarian Polka or the Chicken Dance...and if you don't know how, someone will show you!

The Newark Oktoberfest will be held Saturday, Sept. 24 from noon - 5 p.m. at the outdoor grove and picnic area of Swiss Park Bar & Grille in Newark, 5911 Mowry Ave., Newark, just across from NewPark Mall.
You can purchase tickets in advance at Eventbrite or Groupon, or at the gate.
