Walk-Up COVID-19 Vaccines Available Tuesday, Wednesday In Newark
Vaccines are open to anyone 12 years old or older.

NEWARK, CA — Anyone who wants to get vaccinated against the coronavirus this week in Newark can do so without an appointment during two clinics on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Vaccines will be available on a walk-up basis to anyone 12 years old or older, according to health officials.
On Tuesday, participants can be vaccinated at Newark Junior High School between noon and 5 p.m.

On Wednesday, vaccines will be offered from noon to 5 p.m. at Newark Memorial High School.
To be vaccinated, participants should bring a government-issued form of identification, if they have one. IDs are not required.

Participants with insurance should also bring their insurance card. After being vaccinated, participants will be required to wait 15 to 30 minutes to ensure they will not have an allergic reaction to the vaccine.
