Asian Beauty Cosmetics Company Relocates To Orange County
AmorePacific will move from Corona to Brea, the company says, taking up residence in the 111,000+ square foot building on east Birch St.
NEWPORT BEACH, CA —Newport Beach-based realtors closed the deal to move AmorePacific US, a provider of beauty and health products founded in South Korea, from its headquarters to Brea from Corona, it was reported Friday.
Newmark Knight Frank closed the lease for a 111,679-square-foot industrial space at 3300 East Birch St. in Brea, bringing the building's occupancy to 100 percent, the Orange County Register reported. Terms were not disclosed.
Jeff Read, Scott Read and Greg Osborne at NKF represented the landlord, Newport Beach-based Western Realco, in the transaction. AmorePacific was represented by Chris Destino of Lee & Associates.

Amorepacific was created in 1945 and specializes in cosmetic products in the "Asian beauty" segment. Its portfolio includes some 20 cosmetics, personal care, and health care brands, many of which are sold at Sephora and Nordstrom.
