FBI officials today asked for the public's help tracking down the Keep Smiling Bandit, who has struck twice in Orange County this month.The latest holdup was Saturday at the Citibank branch at 18232 Irvine Blvd. in Tustin, according to Laura Eimiller of the FBI. The same man is suspected of robbing the Citibank branch at 234 E. 17th St. in Costa Mesa on Wednesday.Eimiller said that during the robberies, the suspect told bank clerks to "keep smiling."The suspect is a white man in his early 30s, 5 feet 7 to 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a thin build.
