Make-At-Home DIY Sushi Kit: Available At Sushi Roku Newport Beach

NEWPORT BEACH, CA — If your weekly meal menu needs a boost, consider a do-it-yourself, sushi dinner that could include the whole family: a DIY Hand Roll Kit available for pick-up or delivery from Sushi Roku in Newport Beach.

Along with a complete, instructional guide — whew! — the platter of ingredients includes: albacore with soy chili; salmon with soy truffle; spicy tuna; snow crab with spicy mayo; yellowtail with yuzu kosho; soy paper/nori; sushi rice; vegetables; ginger; and wasabi.

The kit is available to serve two to four with 12 to 14 hand rolls for $65, or a larger kit to make 25 to 30 hand rolls for $120.
