Flag Day is in full swing in Orange County, and residents looking for fun family activities with their kids can visit the Irvine PretendCity Children's Museum.

All day at PretendCity, museum docents will help area children understand what the flag is all about.

"There will be a dance party to a Grand Old Flag," Brenda Perez, Membership Coordinator. The PretendCity is ideal for children aged 2 to 8-years-old, according to Perez.

"Today we celebrate our countries flag and all that it stands for with educational activities," the Perez said.
