Orange County Firefighters Rescue Family Pets From House Fire
Crews were able to save two dogs and a cat in the house fire, but one dog perished and a person was hospitalized in stable condition.

WESTMINSTER, CA — Firefighters saved three family pets in a Westminster house fire Thursday night, but one animal died in the blaze.
A resident was also hospitalized for smoke inhalation. The person was in stable condition, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.
Crews responded at 8:46 p.m. Thursday to the 7100 block of Stahov Avenue, according to the Orange County Fire Authority.

Firefighters were able to rescue two dogs and a cat but were unable to save one other dog.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
