PCH Crash Leads To Northbound Lane Closures In Newport Beach
A morning rush-hour collision on Pacific Coast Highway sparked a traffic nightmare for Newport Beach area drivers.
NEWPORT BEACH, CA — A collision prompted the closure of northbound Pacific Coast Highway at Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach for about an hour while crews worked to clear the scene, according to the Newport Beach Police Department.
Police advised drivers to seek alternate routes through the area. The roadway was expected to begin reopening as of 11:15 a.m.
