Actor Rob Lowe took flight over Newport Beach this week in a water-propelled jetpack, according to a report in US Weekly.
Lowe, who stars in NBC's "Parks and Recreation," decided to go jet-packing in Newport to help promote InsideHook.com, a men's lifestyle newsletter.
