Vantis believes Dr. Bruns appointment is opportune as the company continues to develop innovative technology within the medical aesthetics industry. “Dr. Bruns's work has been extraordinary, he has invented a nanotechnology pigment that is deposited into the skin and changes color when exposed to signals such as ultraviolet light or heat,” states Vantis Clinical Director, Jessica Oslo. Ms. Oslo continued, “We appreciate the accomplishments by Dr. Bruns as both a researcher and Director of the only laboratory focused on emergent nanotechnology with biomedical pigment applications.”
Vantis Institute in Newport Beach developed an innovative solution for people suffering from hair loss. In the US, hair loss is estimated to affect over 35 million men and over 21 million women. Americans currently spend over $11.1 billion annually on hair loss treatments. Vantis Institute disrupted the industry with the development of a non-surgical hair-loss solution, called Vantis Follicle Replication (VFRTM). Their patent-pending technology covers the combination of aesthetic pigments with therapeutic agents.
