'Dawson's Creek' Alum James Van Der Beek Selling NoHo Home

James Van Der Beek may be best known for his starring role on the teen drama Dawson's Creek, but in real life he's been a North Hollywood homeowner in 2006.

Now, the 36-year-old actor has listed his 12147 Morrison St. house for $1.25 million, according to Zillow.

Built in 1936, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is described as a "spiritual oasis" with an opening room that has "vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, leading straight to a patio and pebbled, in-ground pool."

Van Der Beek is reportedly parting with the home in order to focus on his new drama, Friends With Better Lives.
