Car Crashes Into Building in Northridge

A woman was injured Friday when the vehicle she was driving crashed into a building in Northridge, authorities said.

Paramedics sent to the 9000 block of Balboa Boulevard about 12:30 p.m. took the woman to a hospital for treatment, said Katherine Main of the Los Angeles Fire Department. The unidentified woman, in her 70s, was listed in good condition.

The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
