Scare Up Some Spook-tacular Halloween Spirits at the City Parks
There will be fun-filled carnivals for area youngsters.
Every year, or so it seems, the stores start filling with holiday goodies earlier and earlier. Halloween candy has been on the shelves for weeks and trick-or-treat time is still officially five days away.
But don't let that stop you from taking your kids to the local parks Saturday for the annual Halloween Carnivals.
Mason Park, 10500 Mason Ave., Chatsworth: From noon to 4 p.m., little spooks and goblins up to age 12 can participate in a costume parade, coloring, a moon bounce, and compete in games for candy and prizes.
