Chatsworth Neighborhood Selection Takes Place Saturday
Saturday is the last day to mail in a ballot for the 11 seats available on the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council.

CHATSWORTH, CA — Chatsworth is gearing up to elect 11 new members to its Neighborhood Council through the 2021 Selection. Chatsworth community stakeholders who have already requested a ballot (it is too late to request one now) can deposit their ballot at a drop box of the Chatsworth Train Depot at 10038 Old Depot Plaza in Chatsworth from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Mail-in ballots must be postmarked by Saturday.
The 21-seat Neighborhood Council meets monthly, and advocates on community issues like land use, affordable housing, homelessness, Aliso Canyon cleanup, emergency preparedness, clean streets, sustainability, parks, public safety, and transportation to Councilmember John Lee and the Los Angeles City Council. It comprises a wide range of people who live, work, own property, attend school, or are involved with community organizations in the neighborhood.
