Christmas Tree Shopping Near Northridge-Chatsworth? Here's A Local Guide

Many local Christmas tree providers are taking precautions amid the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure you and yours have a jolly holiday.

Northridge-Chatsworth, CA — As the ongoing coronavirus pandemic threatens a long list of 2020’s iconic holiday traditions, it should still be possible to find the ideal Christmas tree for your family this year — and do it safely.

Did you know that at least 25 million real Christmas trees are sold each year across the U.S., and currently, 350 million are growing in all 50 states.? And despite these unprecedented times, the practice will continue this holiday season. Christmas tree lots and choose-and-cut farms nationwide are taking precautions as the COVID-19 pandemic worsens to ensure locals can take home their favorite tree with minimal health and safety risk.

In fact, the National Christmas Tree Association has developed a special guide with recommendations and best practices for Christmas tree providers to follow. The guide advises sellers to frequently sanitize items such as hand saws and tree cart handles, as well as countertops, restrooms and other areas.
