Academy award winning-actor Cuba Gooding Jr. is unloading his modest Northridge home for $729,000, according to Daily Mail.
Best known for his highly-praised supporting role in 1996's Jerry Maguire, the 45-year-old star bought the five-bedroom, three-bathroom property in 1999.
